I have training and experience working with a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. I have worked with clients who are experiencing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief and relationship/family conflict.

Grief
Living with the loss of a loved one can not only be painful, it can also be confusing. Feeling the emotions that accompany the loss while simultaneously trying to build a life without that person can be challenging. I can work with you as you honour your grief and look to understanding life with this loss
Life Transitions
While change might be constant, it can also be very stressful. Determining a career path, changing jobs, moving, immigration, starting new romantic relationships or ending difficult ones can bring excitement as well as dread. It can be a struggle to adapt to your new reality when there is a societal expectation to thrive in the midst of change. I can support you as you navigate this period with a focus on maintaining your well being in the present and preparing a framework for you to feel optimistic about the future
